get your starter pack.

No Cheating. This include, but is not limited to, signing up under more than
one name. Refreshing Reward Pages. Taking Cards because you feel like it.
4. You must be
13 to join. You can't join Forums unless you are 13, therefore
you cannot join Heart unless you are 13.
5. The Girls Lavatory on the Third Floor is off limits, as well as the
Forbidden Forest. :)
6. Do not play games/take freebies until AFTER you receive your starter pack. Also
do not take freebies from updates that are before the DATE that you joined.

DO NOT harass others for trades, etc. No actually means No. When you join,
please include "is a wizard/witch" after your Name.
